Meet Dr. Susi Fallahzadeh

Family Dentist in Somerset, KY

Dr. Susi Fallahzadeh, a native of Somerset, graduated from SHS in 1992. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Kentucky, she attended UK College of Dentistry, graduating in 2001.

Dr. Fallahzadeh began her own practice, Bourbon Family Dentistry, located in Paris, KY. For 20+ years, she focused on comprehensive family care. After selling her practice, she is now thrilled to be back in Somerset, serving her home community.

Dr. Fallahzadeh has served on the Kentucky Board of Dentistry, and is a member of the ADA and Bluegrass Dental Society.

When not in the office, Dr. Fallahzadeh enjoys spending time with her family and poodles. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and hiking.
